Sexual harassment is analyzed as a particular form of abuse of authority and power which, along with being illegal, violates the ethics of teaching and learning.

While attention focuses on sexual harassment as it occurs on high school, college and university campuses, the suggested causes and the solutions offered will in many cases be easily transferred to other settings.
